Technician was fantastic. Issue was the appointment was scheduled on 9/12, for 9/16, 2-6pm. A technician was sent on 9/13 (Sat). Called on 9/16 to confirm appointment, was told it was cancelled. Transferred to Electric Dept; they were able to deliver on appointment on 9/16. Please TRAIN your customer technician schedulers to check appointment times.

He was very patient as we discussed what our concerns are and what is important to us. We made the decision to get a new water softening system and he was able to schedule us quickly. Brian was my technician. He went way beyond what he had to do. He found the problem quickly and fixed it and then he said this pole is really leaning dangerously. Do you got a piece of wood? I said sure I got him a piece of wood and he fixed the pole that was holding everything up. On top of that he’s just a down to earth great guy if I ever need your services again, I’m asking for Brian
