We had a gas leak that caused us to have to shut off our supply leaving us with no way to cook and no hot water. Fenwick sent a tech out first thing. Craig Rock came to our house and was extremely thorough and professional. Very grateful for the prompt service and how helpful Craig was. Amerigas gave us a company they refer to and they told us we’d have to wait two weeks. We were only down about 18 hours.

Andrew and Craig were absolutely amazing today. Our water heater was leaking and flooding our garage. They arrived within an hour and had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours. I was super impressed with their professionalism and ability to install so quickly. They were kind and did such quality work. I will use Fenwick again. Thank you.

We had never had problems with the toilet but all of a sudden it wouldn’t flush. We used a little narrow snake. That didn’t work. My son came over with a 20 foot-long snake. The toilet still would not flush. Time to call the experts Fenwick! Chris came to our home used a bigger better auger, but it still didn’t work. He took the toilet off and he saw the rubber seal and the wax part dissolved and clogging up the toilet. He cleaned everything up and put a new rubber seal on and bolts the toilet. I was happy it flushed, but the bowl was all scratched up from the 20 foot snake. Chris showed me how to take sand paper and gently sand out the scratches. It worked! Then he gave me a pair of gloves and an extra bit of sandpaper and told me it will take some elbow grease to get it all pretty again- but without his advice- I would have been clueless. Thank you Fenwick for sending Chris to my home to fix my guest bathroom toilet. I want to give him 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
