Exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Danielle McM at Fenwick. We had a leak and he came out the next day and did an outstanding job. We were particularly pleased with Danielle's attention to detail. He was very respectful and knew what he was doing. As a side note, this is the second time we have used Fenwick in the last 7 months for plumbing needs and we couldn't be happier with both the quality of the people Fenwick employs as well as the quality of the work performed. Well done! Highly recommend Fenwick.

Tech explained different solutions to my problem of a clogged drain, then gave me the total price options. The solution to the problem was too expensive to be able to complete right now. He tried the less expensive route, but that didn’t work, so I paid for the service call and his time, which was fine. I really appreciate him being up front with cost, etc.

The entire Waychoff/Fenwick team did a great job on replacing our whole HVAC system. The job was done in one day including explaining how the new thermostats work and cleanup. All team members were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
