The tech was great, however, 493$ for a new capacitor is outrageous. Won't use the service again. -edit because I had to go check, yeah no shot this isn't basically highway robbery, if I could give anything below one I absolutely would.

Outstanding Service Experience The service provided was excellent from start to finish. I was notified well in advance about the visit, which made scheduling easy and convenient. Once again, Fenwick saves the day. On a Sunday evening we had an accident with our water heater and was spraying water in our garage. I called Fenwick service. They had somebody on call. They were at our house in under an hour. Gave an amazing quote And had the whole process with old water heater removed and new hot water heater replaced and working in under three hours. Rafael was extremely professional and incredibly efficient with his work. Explained everything that he was doing and what to look out for in the future. He was obviously very skilled and well versed in all things, plumbing and electrical in regards to our repair. I have used Fenwick now for multiple services within our home and they continually to provide exceptional service. They are also very friendly to veterans which I greatly appreciate as well. If you have absolutely any plumbing electrical or services they provide. You definitely need to call them and have them come out and work with you at your house.

We had a clogged kitchen drain. Called Fenwich and made an appointment. We were already considering replacing our disposal so this seemed like a good time to discuss the possibility. James was our Technician and arrived a just slightly over 2 hours later. (Which was in the early part of the 2 hour window they promised.) They also sent a text with his name and picture before he arrived. James came in, asked a few questions, assessed the clogged issue and we decided to go ahead with a new disposal. He immediately got to work and was finished in less than an hour. We couldn't be more happy with our experience and would highly recommend Fenwick and James for any plumbing needs. It couldn't have been a better experience.
