Once again, Fenwick saves the day. On a Sunday evening we had an accident with our water heater and was spraying water in our garage. I called Fenwick service. They had somebody on call. They were at our house in under an hour. Gave an amazing quote And had the whole process with old water heater removed and new hot water heater replaced and working in under three hours. Rafael was extremely professional and incredibly efficient with his work. Explained everything that he was doing and what to look out for in the future. He was obviously very skilled and well versed in all things, plumbing and electrical in regards to our repair. I have used Fenwick now for multiple services within our home and they continually to provide exceptional service. They are also very friendly to veterans which I greatly appreciate as well. If you have absolutely any plumbing electrical or services they provide. You definitely need to call them and have them come out and work with you at your house.

Elmer was my technician to do a routine inspection for our A/C. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the service, finds and recommendations. Called and told me when he would be at the house and the company sent an email to tracking map on where he was to the house. Great communication and follow up on service afterwards. A name and company you can trust for plumbing, heating and air. Living in Orange Park Florida, you know Florida weather can be bipolar during the winter. One day you’re running heat and the next you’re running your AC. I kicked on my AC on Saturday only to discover it wasn’t blowing cold air. I immediately jumped online and scheduled for a technician to come out. Always available and not outrageous for a weekend service check. Ryan was my technician for a scheduled appointment Sunday to determine issue and showed up at schedule window. Knowing the unit is 24 years old much of the parts and items have become obsolete and you can’t bandaid things any longer. Now to have estimate for getting things back in running order without issues. I called upon them for replacing AC on my deceased sisters home where my nieces reside. I’ve had them replace my water heater when that went out. Now I trust in them for my own AC/heating needs.

Due to the cold weather in Jacksonville,Florida recently , we discovered several broken water pipes. The Technician, Andrew Mitchell, was prompt in keeping our appointment. He diagnosed the problem and went to work immediately. He expertly repaired the broken damaged pipes and temporarily fixed the drywall. He assured me the company would be reaching out on Monday complete final drywall replacement. Andrew displayed confidence in his work. Thank you to the Fenwick team and Andrew for getting the leaks fixed promptly without damage to the walls.

I called about 10am...at 3:00 my ac is functioning. I recommend both the company and technician Jose. He diagnosed and completed the repair in less than an hour. He was pleasant, efficient, explained the problem and the cost before completing the repair.
