The Fenwick Company was a very good company to deal with. I placed a text message around 3:30am expecting I would go in to a line of calls to be retrieved later that morning. Within 15 minutes I received a tel call from a very pleasant lady who took all of the information and she assured me that someone would contact me that day. The rep sent a message that morning that he was en route. At around 8am the rep was at our door. He fixed the problem and we are pleased with the service and workmanship. Had a water main shutoff that needed to be replaced. I am selling my house and the inspector dinged me on it. Reached Fenwick on line Sunday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Communications was excellent, tech arrived exactly on time, gave me very competitive price, had everything he needed on the truck and was done very quickly. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Without a doubt my first call for any plumbing issue.
