The Fenwick Company was a very good company to deal with. I placed a text message around 3:30am expecting I would go in to a line of calls to be retrieved later that morning. Within 15 minutes I received a tel call from a very pleasant lady who took all of the information and she assured me that someone would contact me that day. The rep sent a message that morning that he was en route. At around 8am the rep was at our door. He fixed the problem and we are pleased with the service and workmanship. I called Fenwick’s Plumbing on a Saturday morning to unclog my kitchen sink. The office team was professional and kept open lines of communication so I knew what to expect and when they would arrive. Fadi arrived within 30 minutes of my call and brought his A game. He was kind, skilled,, efficient, and confident. His confidence made me confident in his abilities.
