Tavelle was outstanding and explained everything thoroughly. This was not an easy everyday issue and he diagnosed it perfect. I had another company out and they mid-diagnosed and fixed nothing.

Altho our problem was within the septic system, which Fenwick does not service, the tech spent about an hour going over the steps we needed to solve our problem. He went well beyond what he was required to do. It was a very pleasant and informative time I will certainly call them if I have a problem within their purview.

We were very pleased with this company. Our Technician Cody was skilled and did a wonderful job. The timing of everything was wonderful. We have a special needs son and everything was installed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company!!

Matthew was informative and professional. He greeted me and educated me on some of the things I could do to make sure the AC stays in good shape. He told me about the services the company provides but was not pushy. He answered every question and dispelled some Myths I asked about. His knowledge is outstanding and for Waychoff's to have a person like this is great. It speaks volumes about their high standards and hiring practices and it gives me hope that we still have good people and good companies who will do the job and not try to take advantage of us who don't know anything about HVAC.
