Andrew m was my tech. He installed my new sink fixture quick and good. He was also on time at 12pm on a saterday. Andrew also could have upcharged me but figured out how to do job without all the extra stuff. Thx buddy!!

David, the technician, came here to service my A/C . He was super thorough and even took the time to show me and explain to me the whole diagnostic report on his tablet. This is entirely taking it to the next level. Never had a technician so thorough. I guess it has something to do with Fenwick and Waycoff’s joining forces.

Terrible Experience with this company - have been without AC for over 10 days, with two babies living in the home . A technician diagnosed the failed compressor and said parts would arrive in 2–3 days, yet there has been no clear update since. Despite calling multiple times, I never received a direct response or escalation to a supervisor. It feels like they never truly care about customer concerns — customer service is the worst I’ve experienced, with multiple layers to go through just to reach the right department. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable, especially in extreme summer heat.

Highly recommend Fenwick. Our AC compressor went out and we required a whole new system. They were able to come out same day give us an estimate and replace next day within 5 hours. They even matched a quote I received previously and did more work than the other company stated they would. Cannot recommend Fenwick enough!
