The technician was great and explained a variety of things that may be causing the issue with my AC unit, but ultimately it’s two days later and my upstairs unit is still not cooling down the bedroom and loft. The thermostat showed 99 degrees when he first arrived and after paying more than $600 to correct the issue it’s still almost 80 degrees upstairs 2 days later. Not satisfied with the results so I’m hopeful they will correct the issue timely.

Justin arrived just when he said he would. Within a few minutes he pinpointed the trouble and set to work. He found not just one clog but another one several feet past the original. Once he cleared them, both our bathrooms and kitchen sinks were clear again. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks Justin!

In Callahan Florida, Youn Lopez completed my Daikin AC and HVAC's first annual maintenance checkup. Very professional service. Youn answered or explained all of my questions about the maintenance services being performed. I now know that Waychoff and Fenwick have merged, adding plumbing and electrical. I asked Yaun about their plumbing services's ability to install a flash water heater under my sink. He assured me that Fenwick could handle any plumbing and electrical work required. D. Butler
