Jack Felts

Elmer was my technician to do a routine inspection for our A/C. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the service, finds and recommendations. Called and told me when he would be at the house and the company sent an email to tracking map on where he was to the house. Great communication and follow up on service afterwards. Highly recommended Fenwick Waychoff A/C Plumbing and Electrical for any services needed.

Our Technician, Bill, was awesome! He arrived within our timeframe. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running. He even let me watch the process and explained everything that was wrong and how to fix it! He was very personable and easy to talk to.

The technician was great and explained a variety of things that may be causing the issue with my AC unit, but ultimately it’s two days later and my upstairs unit is still not cooling down the bedroom and loft. The thermostat showed 99 degrees when he first arrived and after paying more than $600 to correct the issue it’s still almost 80 degrees upstairs 2 days later. Not satisfied with the results so I’m hopeful they will correct the issue timely.
