Fenwick sent out a gentleman named Daniel McMillian for our clogged drain. We live in a house that is over 100 years old. Daniel figure out the old sewer system which was quite difficult and diagnosed and solved the clog. He was professional and gracious. He cleaned up and made sure everything was perfect. Good job Fenwick on hiring great people!

This company is great! Excellent technicians and prompt service. This is the second time I've used them. This time was to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew went above and beyond making sure there were no leaks after completing the job and even registered my new disposal for me. I am so embarrassed I forgot to tip him. He definitely deserved one!

Terrible Experience with this company - have been without AC for over 10 days, with two babies living in the home . A technician diagnosed the failed compressor and said parts would arrive in 2–3 days, yet there has been no clear update since. Despite calling multiple times, I never received a direct response or escalation to a supervisor. It feels like they never truly care about customer concerns — customer service is the worst I’ve experienced, with multiple layers to go through just to reach the right department. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable, especially in extreme summer heat.
