August 2025: David Jordan was our Technician today and did a great job with our annual maintenance. June 2024: Bill S. Was wonderful today as he diagnosed and fixed an issue with our HVAC system. He was thorough, gracious, polite, perceptive, and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend him and his quality, professional service. June 2021: This week, Dillon replaced our water softener, Jess did HVAC maintenance on our very old system, and Mahlon quoted and contracted with us for a new HVAC install. All three were courteous, professional, on time, respectful of our home, did quality work, and made us feel very happy to have them working with us. We highly recommend Fenwick for all your plumbing and HVAC needs - they go above and beyond and took the time to explain everything giving options that were mindful of our budget. It was like having friends and family over to help out. We really couldn’t be happier with their level of work and integrity.

I had a problem caused by ineptitude in trying to do my own plumbing. I called Fenwick on Sunday late afternoon and asked for help. They sent Raphael out that evening to rescue me. He solved my problem very quickly and helped me understand better how my system worked. While he was here he also installed a kitchen faucet for us. He installed it in one tenth of the time it would have taken me to do so. He was terrific-if we have any other plumbing problems I will call Fenwick and ask for Raphael.

Michael Bowen, the Master Plumber that installed my new hot water heater, did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining the options available to me. I accepted his proposal and my new hot water heater was up and running in about 3 hours. Before leaving he double checked everything and left the area of my garage where he installed the hot water heater spotless. Based on my experience, I highly recommend both his company, Fenwick, and Michael Bowen.

After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

We had a leak outside between meter and house. Fenwick was here within an hour. Nathan was great. He worked so hard to find that leak (line was like 2 ft down) and then repair it. We’ve used fenwick before and techs are always polite and great.
