I had a problem caused by ineptitude in trying to do my own plumbing. I called Fenwick on Sunday late afternoon and asked for help. They sent Raphael out that evening to rescue me. He solved my problem very quickly and helped me understand better how my system worked. While he was here he also installed a kitchen faucet for us. He installed it in one tenth of the time it would have taken me to do so. He was terrific-if we have any other plumbing problems I will call Fenwick and ask for Raphael.

Our technician was Andrew and he was very nice and professional while dealing with my mother. She is hard if hearing and can be a a handful but he was kind and professional through the whole process. He explained the issues and fixed them quickly. He also answered a few other questions she had about her plumbing, which put her mind and ease. It was very nice of him. We had a good experience overall.

Tech was super nice and to the point. He answered all my questions, even ones not pertaining to the job at hand. Simple installation on a garage wall on the opposite side of where the kitchen fridge is located. Just wanted an extra filtering system to the refrigerator water line. Super happy, very clean ice now!

Fenwick Home Services, specifically Patrick and Josh, did such an amazing job! I knew I had to deal with a leak, 2 broken shower handles and an outdated water heater. I called Fenwick just to get a quote on the water heater but because of Patrick and Josh’s amazing customer service, I went ahead and had them take care of the remaining issues.
