Fenwick Home Services, specifically Patrick and Josh, did such an amazing job! I knew I had to deal with a leak, 2 broken shower handles and an outdated water heater. I called Fenwick just to get a quote on the water heater but because of Patrick and Josh’s amazing customer service, I went ahead and had them take care of the remaining issues. Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen. We had a new hot water heater and also added new lines and drain so our condo unit could have a washer and dryer. They worked through the different challenges working with the limited spaces for both projects. Foremost, the plumbers were very professional and courteous and kept us up to speed on progress, and whenever a decision was needed they gave us the different options to solve it. Will keep them in my contacts for future needs and to refer to others who need a plumber.

Michael B. was polite, clean and such a nice guy! The first thing he did when he got to our house was take his shoes off. He was constantly cleaning up after himself, worked diligently and was very personable. We would recommend him 100% every-time, all the time.
