I had Fenwick come to my residence to check on my HVAC system as well as a plumbing issue to address. The first tech to come was the plumber John Matthew. I discussed the issues I’ve been dealing with and he was very thorough with his explanation on how to fix the issue. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently. The next tech to show up was the HVAC, Dylan. He was there just to do routine maintenance. He showed such respect for my property conducting his business in a very clean manner. He explained everything he performed and gave me simple advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. I was so pleased with both Fenwick employees that showed up and did excellent service.

Fenwick services was amazingly helpful with a last minute hot water replacement needed on a Holiday weekend. Ray was our technician and was one of the best service providers I’ve ever worked with. He was patient in helping me contact the manufacturer and also went above and beyond to ensure we had a water heater replaced same day! Definitely recommend Fenwick!

We had 2 toilets which had the flush and fill valves replaced with parts we had already purchased. The tech verified we purchased the correct parts but a minor adjustment was still required. The tech was here about an hour. The cost was outrageously high and after three full business days we have stubbornly received an itemized receipt as promised.

My husband and I recently bought our first home, which came equipped with a brand new AC (great right?!) except the brand new AC had loads of problems, I have no idea who installed it because I just bought this home, and no hvac repair company would take the job because the system is possibly still under warranty; even though it is literally impossible to get ahold of the manufactures. Fenwick is the only company who would send somebody to come look at our system. And I’m so thankful they did because after a few service calls all of my questions have been answered, all problems are being solved in a timely and reasonably priced manor. And the technician is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Extremely knowledgeable in his field, and an all around great person and representative of this company.
