Wesley Atkins was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything with detailed. We just had our original Ac people come out last week and that fee was more expensive so I will continue to use Waychoff. I will recommend him if anyone is looking for AC service.Wesley was good at his job and I’m very happy with the results, he also has very clean while working in my home, I did not have to clean up after him, which is a good thing. Fenwick installed my tankless water heater. I made an appointment for Fenwick Home Services to perform the annual service procedure - flushing the system. The technician (Justin) arrived promptly at 8:00a.m. The maintenance was completed quickly. Justin is very polite and competent.

Had my propane hot water heater replaced today by Rafael I was hesitant at first to go with Fenwick because of some of the reviews I read but when Rafael came out to give me a quote, he was very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I chose to go with Fenwick primarily based on the experience when he gave the quote. During the installation today he again was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done just right. When he was finished, he showed me how my new tank works and gave me time to ask questions. Based on my experience with Rafael I would highly recommend Fenwick.

We have used Fenwick twice. Both guys were very nice but mediocre at their job. The first time we had a toilet that would keeping running off and on, the flapper was problematic. A guy came out and replaced the flapper and showed me how to adjust it. He said I may need to adjust it because this may continue happening… nice fix. The running water kept happening. After our son flushed his iPods down the toilet I called Oakley Plumbing and he fixed the problems. The Fenwick plumber installed the flapper incorrectly. We were charged $150. Another time we used Fenwick we had an extremely clogged sink. The Fenwick plumber came out to fix the issue and he didn’t have a plunger… these guys literally have a plunger on their logo and this dude didn’t have one. In his defense he bought one and let us have it and showed me what to do if it happened again. He is the reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of one because he was cool. His plumbing knowledge was subpar based on questions I asked him about different issues. Definitely not going to use Fenwick ever again. Call Oakley Plumbing. You may need to wait a little longer but they know their stuff.

My technician Christian Sharpe was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and had me repaired in 45 minutes or less. I would recommend this guy for reliable friendly service
