We had a cracked pvc pipe in the wall behind our washer in our 3rd floor condominium, causing water leakage in the two units below us. Ben from Fenwick Home Services was here early the next morning. He quickly found the source of the problem and worked diligently to get it corrected. He was excellent—professional, competent and friendly. We would highly recommend him!

Fenwick is fast, capable, and honest. A plumber from another company arrived late to look at our hot water heater, poked at the pilot light, and then pitched us a $4,100 replacement. I called Fenwick the next day and their tech arrived on time, cleared out some dust, performed some much-needed maintenance, and charged me $149 for a standard service call. They are my new best friends.

Thoroughly disappointed with follow up after install. Have been trying to get a couple things fixed but the last straw is today someone showing up without a ladder to fix a problem!!! Unacceptable, as I have been HOUNDING the install manager to make it right, to no avail. VERY disappointed.

Most amazing emergency response by Fenwick Home Services. Our hot water heater sprung a major leak just before we arrived home at 4:30 Saturday night. Fenwick had a truck at our home in Nocatee at 5:30 and we had hot water at 8:30 that night! Our technician contacted me as soon as he was dispatched and we knew help was on the way. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the situation, made a couple of calls, explained what he was going to do and then did it! This was not dumb luck. It involved communication, teamwork (the warehouse man met our technician for the replacement and the dispatcher organized the initial response) and a determination to solve my problem.
