Gary is awesome. Personable, professional and he wipes his feet on the door mat even though I said it doesn't matter. No complaints about the rain, he brought an umbrella. Service calls should end with a happy client and I am that. Thanks Gary👍

We placed a service call on Tuesday morning and were informed that a technician could arrive before noon, which was faster than we had expected. Tim Allala was the service technician who arrived and he provided excellent service. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner. The quote provided was more than fair. The service technician,Andrew who responded to today's service call. What I like about him was he explained what he was doing in layman's terms. And, he answered my questions to the best of his ability. Also, when he encountered an issue outside his skillset, electrical, he called the office for available resources. Fenwick will send their electrician out early tomorrow to service the electrical component of the problem. He was very manerable, and I will request Andrew for future services.
