We placed a service call on Tuesday morning and were informed that a technician could arrive before noon, which was faster than we had expected. Tim Allala was the service technician who arrived and he provided excellent service. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner. The quote provided was more than fair. We experienced a plumbing leak under our foundation Saturday evening (commonly known as a "slab leak") which required total household water shut off. We called Fenwick Services on Sunday for an evaluation and quote. Fenwick service professional was at our home within 2 hours.
