On time, and got the job done. Shower cartridge broken, causing Water shut off to entire home. Technician, Steve, very pleasant and capable. Grateful to have this done on Sunday and be up and running again.

Terrible Experience with this company - have been without AC for over 10 days, with two babies living in the home . A technician diagnosed the failed compressor and said parts would arrive in 2–3 days, yet there has been no clear update since. Despite calling multiple times, I never received a direct response or escalation to a supervisor. It feels like they never truly care about customer concerns — customer service is the worst I’ve experienced, with multiple layers to go through just to reach the right department. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable, especially in extreme summer heat.

Adam, the HVAC technician arrived within the promised time window and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ensured all settings were correct and got my air conditioning system running to cool my home again. No hard sell, but only a suggestion to replace a part that may fail. The charge for today’s service was very reasonable. I will use Fenwick/Waychoff for future service when needed.

FENWICK WAYCHOFF came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. I thought A/C repairs would take weeks. Not only was I able to book an appt at 8:30pm for the next day, but the repairs were completed the same day! Technician, Austin, explained the issue, repairs needed, and costs thoroughly (and in terms 2 non-mechanical homeowners could easily understand 😅). I am amazed at the service we received and still in shock that it’s completely fixed after one visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tech was great, however, 493$ for a new capacitor is outrageous. Won't use the service again. -edit because I had to go check, yeah no shot this isn't basically highway robbery, if I could give anything below one I absolutely would.
