Late on Friday, 8/6/21, our Carrier air handler began leaking condensate water onto the floor. After trying to identify and fix the problem myself, I began searching for a reputable A/C repair company on Yelp. I discovered Fenwick Services had good customer reviews. At first, I scheduled an 8am to 12pm appointment for Saturday, 8/7/21, using online form on Fenwick’s website. However, the system sent me text message with a Sunday, 8/8/21 appointment. So, I called and spoke with the evening receptionist who quickly revised the appointment to my original Saturday timeslot. I want to give special thanks to that receptionist for providing outstanding customer service late on a Friday evening. The next day, I received an email confirmation that my HVAC technician would be Jesses Wilson. Jesse arrived on time, dressed in a clean and professional uniform. After introducing himself, he quickly got to work assessing and correctly diagnosing the cause of my leak, which was a partially clogged drain pipe and a malfunctioning emergency shutoff float switch. Jesse cleared the blockage and, reinstalled new PVC pipe leading out of the air handler and a new shutoff switch. The new pipe installation included an access port with a cover, enabling me to treat the drain with white vinegar flush once a month to help keep the drain clear. This is a feature I hadn’t had before. The repair job took 90 minutes to complete and test and was done for a very reasonable price, especially for a Saturday (My HVAC systems have always seemed to fail on weekends, holidays, and evenings ). I was truly blessed to find Fenwick Services and to have Jesse Wilson as my HVAC Technician that day. Fenwick Services now has a new and loyal customer for life! Kudos to the entire Fenwick Services team for providing exceptional technical and customer services!

My service was for installing a new tankless water heater. The two Mikes, Father and Son, were excellent. Prompt and competent. They, also, helped me in realizing that I had gas co. Issues and water softener problems. Big problems resolved, and much appreciated. Thanks to both of them.

Steven B. was great. Gave me very direct, straight forward estimate and didn’t waste any time or give a big sales pitch. I really appreciated it! Although they were higher than what I can afford, I would call if I need help assessing my situation at a minimum for certain.

We had a plumbing issue and from my initial phone call for service to the repairman (Jesse) I was amazed by the professionalism and courtesy. The office coordinator took all pertinent information and said a service technician would be at our property within a four hour window. Numerous text updates kept us informed of Jesse’s arrival to include a picture of him. “Nice touch”. Upon his arrival, he was very respectful, courteous and detailed. He provided reasonable quote and we had the work done. He walked us through the warranty paperwork, detailed invoice. Thank you Fenwick Group. You have a great staff.
