I have been a customer of Fenwicks for a few years, and I highly recommend them. The plumbers name is Andrew and he did a wonderful job on my plumbing issues. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I will definitely call on Andrew when I need help again.

Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen. During the coldest temps we've seen in years my HVAC Condenser froze and stopped working. I contacted Fenwick and they replaced the failed Condenser Coil Temp Sensor but there were additional problems keeping my unit from not heating. The Service Manager Jesse worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new Honeywell Truezone Zone Control Board under warranty and Adam worked diligently to install the new parts and troubleshoot a multitude of issues and even effected a workaround to get my Aux Heating to turn on when being called by the Thermostats. Fenwick made every effort to get my system repaired at a time when they were overloaded with heating service calls and I very much appreciate their efforts. I have worked with Jesse and Adam in the past and strongly recommend them to everyone as they also treat customers very fairly with labor costs.
