I was referred to Fenwick Home Services by my mother, who had worked with Allen Barnett in the past. This morning my air conditioner went out, and when I called, Allen wasn’t available but I was connected with Ryan instead. Ryan was amazing, he worked quickly, effectively, and very efficiently to get everything back up and running. I’m so glad my mom had such a great experience and referred me, because now I’ve found my go to company as well. I’ll definitely be keeping their number on hand for all future maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

The technician was great and explained a variety of things that may be causing the issue with my AC unit, but ultimately it’s two days later and my upstairs unit is still not cooling down the bedroom and loft. The thermostat showed 99 degrees when he first arrived and after paying more than $600 to correct the issue it’s still almost 80 degrees upstairs 2 days later. Not satisfied with the results so I’m hopeful they will correct the issue timely.

Had plumbing issues. Faucet and valve leaks plus had them inspect water heater for proper operation. The technician was available sooner than expected . Decided to have him inspect 4 bathrooms and laundry room. I learned a lot from technician and will have them come back to do $2 k of faucet / valve work. Very pleased to have Fenwick be a part of Waychoff. Have always used Fenwick since moving to Florida. They do not disappoint.

My plumber Nathan was phenomenal. The simple clog turned into a journey due to not being able to locate the sewer clean out because it was hidden. Got it located and then Nathan and his auger got the job accomplished!

Their polite and professional approach was immediately evident as they expertly located the elusive source of the leak. I was particularly impressed by their extensive knowledge and efficiency. Once they identified the issue, they swiftly addressed it, minimizing any disruption. Matt and his team were not only tidy and organized, but they also equipped me with the necessary information to make an informed decision, potentially saving me from a costly fix.
