He took his time and employed a variety of troubleshooting techniques to find the source of our problem. I was impressed by his courtesy, professionalism, patience, and ingenuity. Overall, we were very pleased with the services provided. We felt that the repair of the outdoor system was a fair price & we were very pleased with the work performed. However, we felt that the price charged by Fenwick for the faucet repair was on the excessive side for a job that took about 15 minutes.
