Our AC unit needed is normal service. I was able to book an appointment on a Saturday and they showed up on Sunday in a timely manner. The Technician, Yoan Lopez, was efficient in checking both the inside and outside AC components. He found molding issues inside our unit. He cleaned it and installed a UV light (with my permission) promptly. I will always recommend Fenwick to my friends and neighbors.

Fenwick comes through again! We needed a new water softener system. Rafael Serrano was the technician that did the install. I felt completely comfortable with every step of our install. Our technician was Andrew and he was very nice and professional while dealing with my mother. She is hard if hearing and can be a a handful but he was kind and professional through the whole process. He explained the issues and fixed them quickly. He also answered a few other questions she had about her plumbing, which put her mind and ease. It was very nice of him. We had a good experience overall.
