Mr. Pike was working at my neighbor's residence and noticed my pool was expelling water down the driveway into the street. He was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Nathan was great! My garbage disposal decided to self-destruct and was leaking under the cabinet. I set up an appointment on the website at 9:30pm. They had a plumber out by noon the following morning. I had already bought a new disposal "just in case". Hd inspected my old unit. A blade had chipped and grinded the gears. He removed the old unit & installed the new one in about an hour from start to finish. Great job!

Very quick response by Fenwick which answered our distressed call to send a technician to our home the quickest possible. Kudos to the technician, Justin, who arrived within 45 minutes and did a fantastic job in stopping the water leak to prevent further damage and in installing a valve outside the house so we can stop the water flow ourselves next time an incident like this happens again.
