Had a leak in the front yard on a Friday afternoon. Called Fenwick and they sent out somebody immediately. Rafael diagnosed the problem, walked me through the water softener regeneration process, reset everything, good to go! Answered a few other plumbing questions, now we know what hoses to water the plants with to avoid the softner/salt on our plants. Thanks Rafael Serrano!

On the day before my 40th birthday house party, my home started not heating well. At 5:30am day of the party I got desperate and decided to message Fenwick because they we one of the very few 24 hour service companies. They showed up by 4:30pm same day. My tech Michael was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered my millions of questions and fully assessed what was going on. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do day of but he gave me all the info I needed to remedy my issue. I'm so grateful. I would use them again in a flash. Highly recommend. Ask for Michael if you get AC service. He was great.
