I appreciate that Austin came out late on Saturday night . He replaced a part and said the thermostat issue is fixed. The thermostat is off again and the AC is off .it seems to be the same issue

I cannot say enough good thinks about our Technician Tim! He was great! Not only did he do a great job, worked quickly, and cleaned up after he was done, he was incredibly patient with our high anxiety dog! Highly recommend Fenwick’s and Tim!

Scott was amazing. He diagnosed the issue with low water pressure in the house, realized it was a St. Johns County Utilities problem. SJCU showed up and took the issue head on. We will use Fenwick for our plumbing issues from now on. Thank you Scott, and thanks to Fenwick for such fast, dedicated service without breaking the wallet.

FENWICK DOES IT AGAIN! We got a note from the water company that we were losing 50 gallons an hour from somewhere. I called Fenwick, like I did last year from a leak in my master bath. Angel, the technician came out immediately. Super personable and professional guy. He found the problem very quickly with equipment that he was happy to share with us. He then explained in detail how he will fix it and what materials he will be using. Does it get any better than that? He was done from arrival to completion in about 2 hours and charged us a very good price. We are Fenwick customers for life!!! Thank you Angel!

If I could give a ZERO star for their COMMUNICATION I would. I have had no heat or AC since Friday Feb. 20. The tech told me that it would be Monday before they could get the part. OK. Been waiting and waiting for a call this Monday morning, since 8am as to the status. I finally called at 11:15am. Was told part is on factory backorder with NO ETA. Ok. I understand the backorder. The problem is THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME. I needed to prepare one way or the other for freezing cold temps tonight and tomorrow night. Other than their communication I have been very happy with this company from them installing the new unit, maintenance/up keep service and to the service calls for problems. That I will give 5 stars.
