I had a plumbing problem and contacted Fenwick Home Services. They scheduled me for the next day. They verified the appointment via email. The next day, they sent me a text when their representative was on the way and his ETA. The representative arrived on time, identified himself, and wore shoe covers to protect our floors. He was very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. When complete, we paid him and almost immediately received an emailed receipt. I highly recommend Fenwick!

Loved the window of arrival when they are projected to arrive. They also have a tracking app to let you know the moment they arrive. Technician introduced himself with his name and company. Even had shoe covers to protect my floor. Was in and out in about 40 minutes. Explained all the system he checked and readings he received in addition to their meaning. Even tried to help me find the coupon to ensure I had the best deal for my service. I feel with his explanations I could do the service myself.

We were very impressed with Fenwick Home Service. We had a pipe break in a wall in our guest bath and the only way to stop it was to shut the water down in the entire house. I was able to call at 2:00 am in the morning and set up an appointment for the next day which was such a relief. Dale Willis was the plumber that arrived, on time and we were very impressed with his skills and professionalism. A problem that we thought would take days to resolve was fixed and our water was back on by the follwing afternoon. We can't thank Dale enough and will definitely reach out to Fenwick again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Had an amazing experience with Jesse and Fenwick Home Services yesterday. Woke up to my water softener and filter leaking in my garage. Jesse and his partner were able to come out that same day to take a look at it. They did a wonderful job of walking me through what was happening and how best to fix the problem. I really appreciated him answering all my questions and explaining how the new system worked. His friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. This is only my second time using Fenwick, and I can tell you that it won't be the last!
