We were very impressed with Fenwick Home Service. We had a pipe break in a wall in our guest bath and the only way to stop it was to shut the water down in the entire house. I was able to call at 2:00 am in the morning and set up an appointment for the next day which was such a relief. Dale Willis was the plumber that arrived, on time and we were very impressed with his skills and professionalism. A problem that we thought would take days to resolve was fixed and our water was back on by the follwing afternoon. We can't thank Dale enough and will definitely reach out to Fenwick again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Michael Bowen and Holton were both very friendly as well as professional and did an excellent job installing my new water heater today! They were neat as well as thorough and did not leave until making sure everything was operating to their satisfaction and mine! I placed the call 8/6/24 and they were at my door within a couple hours to give me an estimate and were able to accommodate me with a same day install! I highly recommend Fenwick and would not hesitate to use them again.

On the day before my 40th birthday house party, my home started not heating well. At 5:30am day of the party I got desperate and decided to message Fenwick because they we one of the very few 24 hour service companies. They showed up by 4:30pm same day. My tech Michael was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered my millions of questions and fully assessed what was going on. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do day of but he gave me all the info I needed to remedy my issue. I'm so grateful. I would use them again in a flash. Highly recommend. Ask for Michael if you get AC service. He was great.
