We had an issue with the pilot light going out on our hot water heater. Frank Lamia with Fenwick Home Services came to our rescue, was on time with the appointment, resolved the issue, asked if we had any other plumbing issues in our home that he could assist with and remained on site for a few minutes to ensure that the water heater was working properly. Michael Bowen and Khan were great! He was very informative and patient through the whole process. I just brought a new home and it had a leak. He came out found the leak and explained the entire process of what he needs to do. He even provided information about the history of work done to the home I purchased.
