The staff at Fenwick kept me updated with texts, emails and phone calls ... the contacts were not overbearing. It is quite apparent Fenwick is customer service focused. We called yesterday to get a quote to remove a broken bidet toilet combo and wanted someone who was experienced in replacing it with a new one. Frank was very knowledgeable and experienced, so we agreed to have him do the job on the spot. The last plumbing company that came out said that they weren't able to put that same toilet in that Fenwick was able to do in just a few hours (that included going to go get the replacement). They did great work and we're very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship.

The Fenwick Company was a very good company to deal with. I placed a text message around 3:30am expecting I would go in to a line of calls to be retrieved later that morning. Within 15 minutes I received a tel call from a very pleasant lady who took all of the information and she assured me that someone would contact me that day. The rep sent a message that morning that he was en route. At around 8am the rep was at our door. He fixed the problem and we are pleased with the service and workmanship. The entire Waychoff/Fenwick team did a great job on replacing our whole HVAC system. The job was done in one day including explaining how the new thermostats work and cleanup. All team members were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
