He was very patient as we discussed what our concerns are and what is important to us. We made the decision to get a new water softening system and he was able to schedule us quickly. We felt that we were treated very fairly and courteously. We highly recommend him and Fenwick and give both FIVE STARS PLUS.

Michael Bowen and Holton were both very friendly as well as professional and did an excellent job installing my new water heater today! They were neat as well as thorough and did not leave until making sure everything was operating to their satisfaction and mine! I placed the call 8/6/24 and they were at my door within a couple hours to give me an estimate and were able to accommodate me with a same day install! I highly recommend Fenwick and would not hesitate to use them again.

This was Allen's second visit for semi-annual heat pump maintenance. He is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He replaced the 8-year old fan outside today which was covered by the 10-year warranty we purchased in 2017, so no cost to us. We're extremely satisfied with him and his work.
