I contacted Fenwick to unclog my shower drain. Cody came but after many attempts was not able to clear. He requested his manager Craig R. to come and give his assessment. Craig R. sent a senior tech member to try to clear. Dale W. arrived on time and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, polite, respectful of property and informative. I would definitely recommend company to others.

I had a Lennox System installed today. Man nothing but professionalism and the crew very respectful. Cody my technician was professional and courteous. Arrived on time. I will update in 2 weeks. I am very thorough when researching big ticket ITEMS. My salesman was Tony Kurtis.. The man was straight forward and respected my decision to take my time. The process was smooth. Got a great deal and all the bells and whistles. Well worth the investment. Fenwick really did right by me. Very reasonable. You get what you pay for if you try to cheap it up. Just saying. From the time Elmer came out for our service call, Waychoff's was on it right away and had a team out the very next day to resolve our A/C issues. I want to take a moment to thank Elmer, Zakeem, and Hobbs for their hard work and professionalism. They discovered that the A/C system installed through our home warranty had not been installed correctly, which was causing the unit to cool our garage instead of our home. They took the time to fully resolve the problem, made sure everything was installed properly, and listened to our input throughout the process. They came prepared, worked efficiently, and their experience truly showed. We greatly appreciate the effort and care they put into getting our A/C working as it should. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had an unexpected issue on a Sunday due to a slab leak in our garage, and I called Fenwick for help. They were quick to respond and sent out a technician, Steven, who assessed the issue and explained the next steps. Shortly after, Craig, the Services Manager, came out and provided us with a detailed quote to re-pipe the entire house and install a new water softener, since we did not have one. The installation team, Ben and Cody, did an excellent job. They prepared our home for the work, re-piped everything efficiently, and made sure the disruption inside the house was kept to a minimum. Afterward, they had a drywaller, Emad, come out to patch everything back up leaving the walls looking like nothing ever happened. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and care. We truly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from the entire Fenwick team!

My gas water heater stopped working. Frank was my technician. He was very prompt, very professional and very nice. He had to replace some electrical parts inside the water heater. The job was completed within an hour and we have hot water again. Thank you so much, Frank. 2nd review for Fenwick Plumbing. Google doesn’t allow two reviews for the same company so I’m adding a second review. My gas water heater broke again a few months after Frank fixed it. It wasn’t Franks fault it was the water heater itself. It broke on a Saturday night and Justin from Fenwick was at my house first thing Sunday morning. He got it running again and I wasn’t charged anything, but the next day it went out again. I called Fenwick back. The next morning Cody and his partner (Kody with a K) came out. Cody told me what could possibly be causing the pilot to keep going out and I decided I was done with the gas heater and wanted a new electric one. Cody explained everything to me and spent time giving me different options. I decided to get the new water heater that day. Cody did a phenomenal job. He disconnected the gas water heater, capped the gas line and drained and removed the water heater. A brand new electric water heater was at my house an hour later. Cody made sure my electrical was correct for the new water heater and then installed it. When he was finished he double checked everything and cleaned the area so that it was spotless. When he gave me the bill he had taken off what I was charged when Fenwick initially came out a few months prior for the original repair of the gas heater. I plan to change out my gas range next and I am going to ask for Cody. He’s a specialist when it comes to gas, he’s very knowledgeable and he’s very nice. I’m very comfortable with him working on my house.

Technician emailed and texted me prior to arrival and was prompt to the scheduled arrival.
