Tim, Luke and Malon did a terrific job installing our hot water heater and new HVAC system. The new, quiet compressor allowed us to sleep better last night than we have slept in ages. Highly recommend Fenwick / Waychoff’s!!!

Fenwick reached out to me from a previous phone call that I made to them to set this appointment up. I was pleased that they did so. Ben came out and was very knowledgeable, calm and helpful. The price seems outrageously high, but I am still considering the options. Also, Fenwick does not do the follow up testing required by JEA, and that is a problem for me. . All in all I was pleased with the technicians work, but that’s about it.

Nathan was great! My garbage disposal decided to self-destruct and was leaking under the cabinet. I set up an appointment on the website at 9:30pm. They had a plumber out by noon the following morning. I had already bought a new disposal "just in case". Hd inspected my old unit. A blade had chipped and grinded the gears. He removed the old unit & installed the new one in about an hour from start to finish. Great job!

The technician showed up on time. Bob was very personable and informative as to what we could do to help keep our AC handler up & running thru routine cleaning & self maintenance. He took his time to explain our issues and made sure it was up & running properly.
