Feniwick will be the only name I call moving forward. I called them on a Tuesday morning and they were able to dispatch a technician out to my home within 45 minutes. Both technicians Patrick Lowe and Tino were absolutely amazing! They assessed the situation and resolved within 1 hour and we’re super friendly!

We had 2 toilets which had the flush and fill valves replaced with parts we had already purchased. The tech verified we purchased the correct parts but a minor adjustment was still required. The tech was here about an hour. The cost was outrageously high and after three full business days we have stubbornly received an itemized receipt as promised.

Today I had one of the most professional and patient service technician from Fenwick. William was very polite and courteous and he demonstrated extreme patience as he installed (2) thermostats for my existing units. One of the thermostats that I provided was damaged and William took the time to drive and get another one. I know the time that was taken from his day is very valuable, but he made me feel like my installations were more valuable. That’s the kind of service that I seek especially when it comes to my HVAC units. Great Job William! You have gained a repeat customer with Fenwick.

I would definitely recommend Fenwick Services. I had a rusty gas pipe lines leak and they fixed it in a smooth same day and fast service.
