When your AC goes out you are looking for someone with the same level of urgency as you! Fenwick did just that! They booked me and then called me throughout the day to let me know a sooner time was available. The techs were patient and willing to explain immediate vs. short term needs. I did not feel pressure to make a choice either and the diagnosis costs was the most affordable in town. I appreciate the service and would recommend.

Frank was our service tech today. He did an excellent job of repairing our old water heater and gave us an estimate for replacing it with a brand new one. We will be calling Fenwick within two months to have Frank install our new water heater...at what we consider to be a very reasonable price. Frank was very personable, and gave us valuable information which helped us to make the decision to replace our old water heater with a new one within 90 days. My technician, Tim, arrived before the appointment time. I was called about this. He came in and got right to work. He determined that my toilet had flushed its last and gave me a price on a new one. He had it brought our within an hour and installed it and checked it. It works perfectly and you would never know he had been here. All in all a wonderful experience.
