Wealth of information and experience. Laid out every choice. I had 3 choices. No hard sell. Knowledge is power and I felt that I decided on the best choice within my budget. Yes... I would definitely tell a family member or friend to give them a call. Btw, the company has an AC division and same company installed my new AC unit... 5 stars as well.

The service technicians, Dillon and Sean, were on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was given options for repair or replace of the water heater. Dillon showed me the problems with the water heater and I chose to get a new one. Work was done within a couple of hours, total! I checked the average price of remove/install of a water heater in Jacksonville FL and Fenwick’s charges were in the mid range. Three months after the new water heater was installed I began having a sulfur smell from the water spigots in the kitchen and b.r. I contacted Fenwick and a ‘technician’ was sent out and told me the water heater was too new to have problems. I asked him to raise the temp only the water heater thermostat and he told me he raised it ‘5 degrees’. Within a few days the smell from the hot water faucet got worse and I called a real plumber. He determined that the water heater temp was too low. When he checked the thermostat it was 125 degrees, meaning that the set up temp. was 120 degrees. He upped the temperature to 140 degrees, drained the water tank, ran water through the house faucets and the odor has gone away. I would like to be reimbursed for the $89.00 service fee Fenwick charged me for that three months visit.

Discovered water shooting out the top of my water heater. Called Fenwick and they had a tech out and new water heater installed in about 3 hours. Would definitely call them again! Thanks to to Patrick Lowe and Fenwick!

If I could give a ZERO star for their COMMUNICATION I would. I have had no heat or AC since Friday Feb. 20. The tech told me that it would be Monday before they could get the part. OK. Been waiting and waiting for a call this Monday morning, since 8am as to the status. I finally called at 11:15am. Was told part is on factory backorder with NO ETA. Ok. I understand the backorder. The problem is THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME. I needed to prepare one way or the other for freezing cold temps tonight and tomorrow night. Other than their communication I have been very happy with this company from them installing the new unit, maintenance/up keep service and to the service calls for problems. That I will give 5 stars.
