The service technician was very prompt, courteous, and capable. In addition he was very friendly.. would highly recommend fenwicks service to anyone. This is my second service with them as they changed my water heater two months ago and did an outstanding job in a short time.

The technician was great and explained a variety of things that may be causing the issue with my AC unit, but ultimately it’s two days later and my upstairs unit is still not cooling down the bedroom and loft. The thermostat showed 99 degrees when he first arrived and after paying more than $600 to correct the issue it’s still almost 80 degrees upstairs 2 days later. Not satisfied with the results so I’m hopeful they will correct the issue timely.

Dylan Smith from Fenwick is awesome! Had another company came out prior who wasted my time and money! Dylan came out and listened to what we said was wrong and fixed the issue! Unlike competitor Lickety Split who were horrible and was just looking for more ways to xharge more money! Took forever to make them leave my house! Fenwick was even cheaper and technician was awesome!!

Wish there was ZERO rating! worst customer service I have encountered in the last 20 years from a company! Spoke 3 different people in 3 different departments --each one said they cannot help in giving me a ball park estimate (was OK with a range!). Asked a very rude lady who slammed the phone when I was asking why they would NOT take my number & call me with the estimate! How does she keep her job? HORRIBLE - wonder how such companies exist!

Another fantastic experience with Fenwick services. Easy online scheduling, they were out in no time. The consultation was thorough, and they stayed until the job was done. The team communicated with us throughout the day. When it was time for them to leave, they returned to the environment in which they were working in a better condition than when they found it. I love working with these people. Special thanks to Craig, who was just excellent all the way around
