Another fantastic experience with Fenwick services. Easy online scheduling, they were out in no time. The consultation was thorough, and they stayed until the job was done. The team communicated with us throughout the day. When it was time for them to leave, they returned to the environment in which they were working in a better condition than when they found it. This company is great! Excellent technicians and prompt service. This is the second time I've used them. This time was to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew went above and beyond making sure there were no leaks after completing the job and even registered my new disposal for me. I am so embarrassed I forgot to tip him. He definitely deserved one!

Had an amazing experience with Jesse and Fenwick Home Services yesterday. Woke up to my water softener and filter leaking in my garage. Jesse and his partner were able to come out that same day to take a look at it. They did a wonderful job of walking me through what was happening and how best to fix the problem. I really appreciated him answering all my questions and explaining how the new system worked. His friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. This is only my second time using Fenwick, and I can tell you that it won't be the last!

The technician came in for his quarterly maintenance… he did his inspection, changed the filter cleaned the Unit , flushed the drain, He kept his work area, clean, was inconspicuous… He didn’t try and up sell me, Did what he had to do and left. That is my expectations

Wesley Atkins was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything with detailed. We just had our original Ac people come out last week and that fee was more expensive so I will continue to use Waychoff. I will recommend him if anyone is looking for AC service.Wesley was good at his job and I’m very happy with the results, he also has very clean while working in my home, I did not have to clean up after him, which is a good thing.
