Worst customer service, no detail on pricing. When the tech arrived there, basically just assess the situation and couldn't do the job. You guys have wonderful ratings, but I'm not sure for what. And then I was charged $89 for just looking Would not use fenvik home services. In the future

My AC unit stopped working in the late afternoon. Made an appointment online and they were able to come out in a couple of hours. Found and fixed the problem quickly. Very pleased.

He was very patient as we discussed what our concerns are and what is important to us. We made the decision to get a new water softening system and he was able to schedule us quickly. I had been waiting two weeks to get plumbing services from another service provider who was not able to fix the problem when they came out. Called Fenwick and they were able to provide me same day service and fix the problem. Nathan was courteous, identified the problem and replaced the faucet. He thoroughly explained and showed me the cause of my leak.
