My second time using this company in an emergency situation. I called late in the evening (spoke to an human) and told them what was the problem and they had a technician out first thing in the morning. The technician Fadi Atlyari was very professional. I initially thought the problem was worse than it was and he replaced the Delta shower valve and cartridge with Moen without having to gut out my shower.

Called at 8am. Phone service was great and the technician (Fadi) showed up at 10. He went over the problem with us and explained everything. He came with everything needed. In two hours he had replaced the disposal unit and cleaned out the pipes. Service was excellent. He cleaned up and it was like it never happened. Great service!

He diligently worked to get everything done properly, checking all possible causes for the leak. He was very respectful of the fact that I have a 2-year old in my home and the need to keep the doors closed and the front door locked when he had to go out to the truck. Fadi was extremely polite and after we explained the issues with the old faucet handles (old and hard to use), he recommended a replacement to not only fix the leak but also make it much easier for my mother to use.
