Two Plummers showed up an hour after I requested the on-line service, which was wonderful!! The reason for only 2 stars is bc HONESTLY is a HUGE factor when I give a company repeated business. The young men that showed up were pleasant, worked hard, and did complete the job. I always double check the work completed. So after they left, I found the outside sewer pipe had a big chip leaving it in exposed to weather and air. I believe the workers were looking for a tip or didn’t want to disappoint the company. If companies would base raises or bonuses on customer surveys and cut out tips, they would have more repeating business. The company should provide shoe covers or workers should always take their shoes off without me telling them. Also, one of the guys carried his dirty, wet, work gloves into my house and shook them as he walked around in my bathroom. YES, I did find feces on my cabinet. No joke!! I went back and bleached my entire bathroom after they left! The next day the same Plummer came back, fixed the broken pipe and apologized. I know accidents happen and I any very thankful for his help.

We've used Waychoff for hvac and electric since we bought the house two and a half years ago. I guess they recently merged with fenwick plumbing? Experiences with hvac have been outstanding so we've been using them exclusively and gave spend thousands with them over the last couple years. Fenwick plumbing was a wildly different experience. Quoted $89 over the phone for "home visit and diagnostic". They even checked the call recording, that's what they said. The plumber came and did the diag. Diag determined nothing was wrong and no repairs were needed. Time to collect payment and he told us the total was $150. The explanation was that since he had to walk around the house and check faucets it was an inspection and the diagnostic quote didn't cover it. Unfortunately for all of us, I'm not paying more because your company terminology is different than the English language and you didn't see fit to clarify at any point before payment collection. After I insisted that I would not be paying more than the quoted price for the diagnostic, since it was indebatably a diagnostic, the manager on the phone threw a little tantrum and said they'll just charge us nothing at all and cancel our upcoming electrical appointment. It was clear that this lack of communication is consistently a problem for them. If you're consistently having this same issue with customers, it's not the customer. This is an easy fix that was handled in such a way that you lost a long term customer (one that's going to need a new hvac system withinin the next few years). If I were the owner I would be furious with this manager.

Called late Thursday afternoon requesting an electrician as smoke was coming from my breaker panel when the a/c was running. They sent am HVAC tech who was great except he's not allowed to do electrical work. He called a supervisor and was told they would send an electrician to us Friday a.m. Friday mourning I get a call that they can't come until tomorrow even though it was their mistake. The HVAC guy's attitude raised this rating from 1 star.

I called today because I had a dishwasher draining issue. Since we were asking a plumber out, we decided to go ahead and ask about a few other issues too. Fenwick booked the appointment and sent a technician, who told me immediately that Fenwick doesn’t service dishwashers. The only thing they were able to fix was tighten one thing in our sink draining pipe. Then they proceeded to charge an $89 dispatch fee plus the base service fee! Needless to say, we are unhappy. I clearly told the person who booked the appointment that I needed someone ASAP to fix the dishwasher. Why would they book the appointment if they knew they don’t repair dishwashers? It felt very exploitative to me. For what it’s worth, the people who came out were nice, and the lady who booked the appointment was nice. I called back to request a refund and was told someone would call, but I could call next Friday to follow up if I hadn’t heard anything.
