My water heater decided it didn't want to behave, causing an odor in my water. Called Fenwick and they sent a technician, Dillon, the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and got my system up and running. What a relief. Yay, no more smelly water. Highly recommend Fenwick Services.

I had an excellent experience! Eddie was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what he found and what needed to be done. He replaced my capacitor, but he also found other issues with how my system had been set up and discovered that equipment I previously had installed wasn’t even connected. He corrected everything, explained what he was doing, and provided pictures documenting what he found and the work performed.<br><br>The difference in my AC has been incredible. My home is cooling so much better that I’m now keeping the thermostat several degrees higher than I used to and still finding myself cold! 😂<br><br>I was also impressed with the value and decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan. Eddie even scheduled my spring maintenance appointment for me before he left. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold things I didn’t need. Eddie earned my trust, and after this experience, they’ve earned my business. I highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be requesting Eddie in the future!

My appointment with Rafael from Fenwick Home Services was very pleasant. Finished one issue within a few seconds and the other issue was a bit more labor intense and out in the rain. Rafael moved one of my outside water spigots from the side of my house to the backyard. Excellent job very professional and personable, great experience. I’ve made another appointment with Fenwick’s for an electrical issue next week.

Danny Morrison with Fenwick Waychoff did an excellent job with the electrical work at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the lighting circuit, wiring, and breaker to make sure everything was safe and working properly. He explained what he was checking and made the whole process easy to understand. I really appreciated how thorough and respectful he was. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend Danny and Fenwick Waychoff for electrical work.

Buster was my technician. He was professional and efficient. He provided a great summary on my HVAC unit and what maintenance work may be needed in the near future. He showed me everything and made recommendations. At no point did I feel pressured into adding on anything to my service.<br><br>I ended up needing a new compressor and additional coolant.

Replacing the plumbing throughout my home felt like a daunting project. Rising insurance costs pushed me to have the old pipes replaced, and I was worried about the disruption and damage it might cause. Fenwick Plumbing made the process much easier than I expected.<br><br>They offered a reasonably priced solution, worked efficiently, and kept the disruption to my home surprisingly limited. Their crew was here for more than a week, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they showed throughout the job. Special thanks to crew lead Craig Rock for keeping everything moving smoothly, and to Justin and everyone else who worked on my home. I would happily recommend Fenwick Plumbing.

My water heater was on its last legs. We had a few bids to replace it but decided to wait a little longer. It died while we were on vacation. We came home to no hot water and needed it replaced quickly. I booked an appointment online at 11:30pm. They had appointments available 10am-2pm that morning. By 8:45am I had a call asking if they could come early. Frank came by 9:30am. He gave me three quotes for a "good, better, best" replacement option. The prices were reasonable and far better than other local vendors. Inside of three hours I have a brand new water heater, a 10 year parts & labor warranty, and disposal of the old unit. Thanks to Frank & Fenwick we have hot showers & laundry again!

I had the pleasure of meeting, and learning from, Wes today! Wes was friendly, courteous, charismatic and professional! He quickly identified the issue which was shorting and tripping the breaker on my hvac handler, then swiftly resolved the issue. Wes kept me informed throughout the process, noting the reason for the problem, the resolution, and associated costs to repair.
