We had Waychoff out last year to replace our AC so when we need someone to help with our plumbing we knew we were going to use Fenwick. The tech, Matt, that came out was amazing and went above and beyond when he had to cut out our old garbage disposal to replace it. He was able to replace the disposal and all the lines under our kitchen sink in just 2 hours. We will definitely be calling them again for any of our home service needs.

Fenwick repaired an outside faucet that was damaged by lawn company and had caused major flooding in our home. They were prompt and repaired quickly. Due to slow flowing water they had to return and found a valve was not completely turned back on. No additional charges. The employees were friendly and polite both times. We will continue to use them for plumbing electrical and air conditioning.

I think most people whose AC goes out on a Friday afternoon would prepare to spend the weekend sweating and miserable. Not the case with Fenwick Waychoff! I got a same-day appointment and Kevin worked on that HVAC system till 10:30pm! I won’t have to resort to sleeping on the kitchen tile floor to stay cool! He fixed it! I’m so incredible thankful! This is above and beyond the call of duty! No comparison- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br><br>I need to add another review because Fenwick Waychoff also fixed our electrical issues this morning. I now have air conditioning and a working circuit breaker in the garage! Danny Morrison came to the rescue first thing on a Saturday morning. He was outstanding! He saved me hundreds of dollars getting the power issue repaired so I don’t have to throw out all of the food in the garage fridge and freezer. Edgardo Torres he is smart, efficient and very nice. A good communicator. My house was struck by lighting. I had no power. He figured out the problem. I needed a whole new main big breaker in the box on street where JEA equipment is. He wasted no time. He had to go to home office pickup the breaker. In no time he had my power working!!!!

Now we know how to change it on our own if necessary. Fortunately the tank was under warranty so there was no charge. Great service.

Sean H was outstanding ! I bought a 1960s house and are sorting through all the things from previous owners. I noticed our electrical bills spiking so called Casteel to evaluate along with some items on our inspection report. I have an older unit but Sean was able to implement some changes to make it more efficient until we were ready to install a newer unit sometime in the next few years. He was very precise, professional and even wore shoe covers to not track dirt In the house. I signed up for the annual membership to have my hvac, humidifier inspected twice a year to keep all items in tip top shape. Thanks Sean!

Fadi crushed it! Knocked out three bathroom faucets and six valves without any issues and in great time. One major bonus that we didn’t foresee is that we now have incredible water pressure in the master bathroom.<br><br>Huge thanks to Fadi for making it happen!

I needed a new water heater so I called Fenwick before lunchtime and the technician arrived at my house shortly before 2:00p.m. and the installation was completed before 3:30p.m. Wow! Quick & Easy. The operator even offered me a coupon over the phone which I was able to use to reduce the cost of installation. They hauled off my old tank and cleaned their work area before they left. I'm very happy with their work.

Air conditioning stopped working. Set up appointment online and Kevin, our technician, fixed the unit-condensation line had a blockage. Kevin was great. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Showed and explained pricing after finding the problem. Fixed the unit and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend.

***SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CALL***<br>Lost power on a summer day and called Snyder to help fix an issue with my whole home circuit breaker. The tech who arrived from them was nice and professional, but was clearly being pushed by his higherups to over sell us on services, to include purchasing an entire new HVAC system to the tune of 24k dollars.<br><br>My system and house are less than 7 years old (even though it is a DR Horton). Sounded fishy to replace the whole system this quickly so we called up Fenwick Waychoff for a second opinion at 6pm on a Thursday. Mr. Melendez promptly showed up the next morning at 9:30 when I was given a range of 10am to 2pm. He got to work immediately and diagnosed a slightly weak capacitor that would only take 30 minutes to replace. He took what I was quoted to be a multi-thousand dollar repair and brought it down into the hundreds. He completed some other optional work for me and had the cool air running before noon. He was fast, professional, and saved me thousands of dollars. Happily signed up for the yearly membership.<br>***WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION***
