Very efficient person knew his job well. he did leave debris that he cleaned off the hvac air intake. Although I was happy he took time to clean the area, no else had before.

I liked that a photo of the technician was sent to me before he showed up. Fenwick was prompt with communications and the tech was on time. He was professional and informed me of what’s would take place. However, a permit from my county was required since it was a replacement ‘propane’ water heater. I was told no permit was necessary. So, a small bit of confusion on that. The total price in the written quote for everything was higher than expected. Other than that, I was impressed with the tech and the excellent prompt communication of Fenwick. I would call on them for a different need.
