Edit: I spoke with a manager from the company today 12/30/25 and we have amicably resolved the issue. As promised I have modified my original review rating from one star to four. To start the techs and receptionist were all very friendly. I had a problem with a breaker that kept tripping and initially thought it was either electrical or with the hot water heater. My issue is with billing. I was charged $150 for your techs to literally just turn the switch off on the tankless water heater. Yes, you read that correctly. I looked at my bill and it says they did a thorough inspection. Really? The cover was never removed, and only a visual look of the outside took place. The breaker panel was never breached as well, just turned the breaker on and off and watched it trip. I had another company come out the next day, he removed the tankless water heater cover and struggled with it as it had never been opened before since install. I watched him. He then went into the garage, removed the breaker panel cover and tested the breakers with his meter. It was determined that the breaker was bad, and it was replaced. Would I recommend Fenwick in the future? Honestly, at this point, no. I was charged $150 and was told initially I wasn’t going to pay anything for them to come look at it. I would only be charged if they had a course of action to fix the problem. Fenwick didn’t fix anything, didn’t diagnose anything and didn’t provide a clear solution. Another company came out, opened panels, inspected the equipment and made an attempt to actually fix the issue.

Technician was fantastic. Issue was the appointment was scheduled on 9/12, for 9/16, 2-6pm. A technician was sent on 9/13 (Sat). Called on 9/16 to confirm appointment, was told it was cancelled. Transferred to Electric Dept; they were able to deliver on appointment on 9/16. Please TRAIN your customer technician schedulers to check appointment times.

. I’ve always used Fenwick for my plumbing needs and though high priced they do quality work. This was no exception. The technician arrived on time, inspected the job and then gave me a quote. After I picked my jaw up off the floor and got my heart rate back down, l told him that price was way too high. I had to get the work done so he cut the price a bit. He went to work and a couple hours later the work was done. An excellent job by a professional. Thank you Fenwick.

Jerald was diligent and proper in inspecting and fixing our issue in Jacksonville. We just had some of this the unit inspected and changed in December so not so sure of the product and why there was another issue so soon, but he was fine, friendly and good.

Ace Blood

Fenwick reached out to me from a previous phone call that I made to them to set this appointment up. I was pleased that they did so. Ben came out and was very knowledgeable, calm and helpful. The price seems outrageously high, but I am still considering the options. Also, Fenwick does not do the follow up testing required by JEA, and that is a problem for me. . All in all I was pleased with the technicians work, but that’s about it.

The technician was prompt and did a great job. There is only one thing I wish he (and we had the hot water heater replaced the day before) both men did a great job. The only negative is on the clean out of both units, but did not clean up the debris. I just had new mulch laid and it would have been great for the guys to bring along a mat or something to collect the debris from what they are doing.

We had 2 plumbing issues - a leaking garbage disposal and a leaking faucet on a bathtub. I called Fenwick and they had Plumber out the same day. Tim was courteous and polite in addition to knowing the plumbing business. He replaced the faucet and the leaking garbage disposal and was finished by late afternoon. We’re happy with the repairs and the job done. Will use Fenwick again?

Our service technician, Brandon was friendly, respective & professional. He arrived on time & took care of our problems. We would be happy to welcome him back to our home anytime. Overall, we were very pleased with the services provided. We felt that the repair of the outdoor system was a fair price & we were very pleased with the work performed. However, we felt that the price charged by Fenwick for the faucet repair was on the excessive side for a job that took about 15 minutes.
