My second time using this company in an emergency situation. I called late in the evening (spoke to an human) and told them what was the problem and they had a technician out first thing in the morning. The technician Fadi Atlyari was very professional. I initially thought the problem was worse than it was and he replaced the Delta shower valve and cartridge with Moen without having to gut out my shower.

Dustin arrived at home in the estimated window we were given. He explained what needed to be done to install a EV charging station. Quoted the price to add this system and was approved to do so. Dustin immediately started working and completed the job in short order. We tested the system on the EV and it worked perfectly. Dustin is an asset to Fenwick and a pleasure to have him do a job. Being very thoughtfully thorough, his work was performed with celerity, alacrity and utmost professionalism, skill and consideration! *** September 2025 Electrician Justin was again called to perform another phase of wiring another 8 recessed ceiling lights. As before, his professionalism and personal congeniality are deeply & genuinely appreciated. In a world inundated with mediocrity, as if it is normal, being able to experience excellence in such a robust and reliable way is inspiring. As our home renovation progresses, room by room, plan to call on Justin each time we need an electrician.

Steve is an expert in water heater instalation . He and I went over the pros and cons of the different companies and systems. After the installation of the Bradford White heater, he was able to tweak the system for full hotness for my wife's hot bath.
