This morning my air conditioner went out, and when I called, Allen wasn’t available but I was connected with Ryan instead. Ryan was amazing, he worked quickly, effectively, and very efficiently to get everything back up and running. I’m so glad my mom had such a great experience and referred me, because now I’ve found my go to company as well. I’ll definitely be keeping their number on hand for all future maintenance needs. Tech was super nice and to the point. He answered all my questions, even ones not pertaining to the job at hand. Simple installation on a garage wall on the opposite side of where the kitchen fridge is located. Just wanted an extra filtering system to the refrigerator water line. The Fenwick Company was a very good company to deal with. I placed a text message around 3:30am expecting I would go in to a line of calls to be retrieved later that morning. Within 15 minutes I received a tel call from a very pleasant lady who took all of the information and she assured me that someone would contact me that day. The rep sent a message that morning that he was en route. At around 8am the rep was at our door. He fixed the problem and we are pleased with the service and workmanship. Both technicians were wonderful, good, and professional in winning the battle against a very old and obstinate shower faucet. To replace it meant tearing out part of the shower. To repair it with new parts meant no damage at all. Repair g was a great outcome indeed.

He was thorough, gracious, polite, perceptive, and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend him and his quality, professional service. June 2021: This week, Dillon replaced our water softener, Jess did HVAC maintenance on our very old system, and Mahlon quoted and contracted with us for a new HVAC install. All three were courteous, professional, on time, respectful of our home, did quality work, and made us feel very happy to have them working with us. We highly recommend Fenwick for all your plumbing and HVAC needs - they go above and beyond and took the time to explain everything giving options that were mindful of our budget. The reason for my 5-star rating is the service I have and continue to receive after purchasing my unit. The technicians and dispatchers go above and beyond to help out and make sure the customers get taken care of. Update 8/29/25: I had a bit of trouble with my system on the 27th. The initial customer service rep I spoke with greatly frustrated me, but I was able to call back and get wonderful service from Devon. The next day, Ben came out to my house, checked out my system, completed work on it, and was just absolutely amazing. Ben was always smiling and you could tell he took pride in his work and was genuinely a nice guy. I was very impressed with the young man. On the 29th, one of the managers reached out to me about the trouble I had with the rep and was very receptive of the feedback, taking the time to review the call and will use the situation as a teachable moment. This is how companies become great companies .. by investing in their employees and using any situation to help employees grow and do better. I am happy with Fenwick and will continue to definitely use their services!
