On Thursday, January 15, 2025, I called Fenwick Home Services to have a water softener installed at our residence. I was scheduled in for the next morning and was impressed by the quickness of the appointment. Edit: I spoke with a manager from the company today 12/30/25 and we have amicably resolved the issue. As promised I have modified my original review rating from one star to four. To start the techs and receptionist were all very friendly. I had a problem with a breaker that kept tripping and initially thought it was either electrical or with the hot water heater. My issue is with billing. I was charged $150 for your techs to literally just turn the switch off on the tankless water heater. Yes, you read that correctly. I looked at my bill and it says they did a thorough inspection. Really? The cover was never removed, and only a visual look of the outside took place. The breaker panel was never breached as well, just turned the breaker on and off and watched it trip. I had another company come out the next day, he removed the tankless water heater cover and struggled with it as it had never been opened before since install. I watched him. He then went into the garage, removed the breaker panel cover and tested the breakers with his meter. It was determined that the breaker was bad, and it was replaced. Would I recommend Fenwick in the future? Honestly, at this point, no. I was charged $150 and was told initially I wasn’t going to pay anything for them to come look at it. I would only be charged if they had a course of action to fix the problem. Fenwick didn’t fix anything, didn’t diagnose anything and didn’t provide a clear solution. Another company came out, opened panels, inspected the equipment and made an attempt to actually fix the issue.

Fenwick plumbing did an amazing job “re-plumbing” my whole house after a big concrete slab leak from a 32 year old copper pipe. The repair team, led by Justin and supported by Josh and Matt, were incredibly diligent workers who re-plumbed the entire house in 5 days. Justin was an adept leader who showed his leadership skills, expansive plumbing experience, and superb customer service skills on a daily basis. Justin and his team even worked tirelessly on Christmas Eve to complete the job ahead of schedule and with exacting results. Great job to the Fenwick Team!!! Jf

Update to my.review! Terrible communication with the bank providing my loan for my repair. This company kept harrassing me daily. When on their end and the bank end they had some miscommunication for being paid. Everyday at 8 AM being woken up by a phone call or while at work. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times daily for them to understand it was on their end and the bank since I was approved for the loan repair. Even on my days off being woken up at 8 AM daily by a phone call by them. They need better internal management!! Then once they got it straightened it out and realized it was approved I never got an apology for being harassed by the company. Worst experience of my life with a shady business!! I have no words to express how satisfied I was with Rafael's service when he came out to me. He was very friendly and straightforward letting me know what was the problem and how much it was going to cost. He set my mind at ease when I was stressing out over the slab leak I had. He worked very fast and very efficiently and left the place very clean when he was finished. He was extremely outgoing and letting me know how the project was going so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's friendly straightforward and not pushy. It's hard to find a good plumber these days and Rafael in my opinion exceeded my expectations!!!!

The technicians and dispatchers go above and beyond to help out and make sure the customers get taken care of. Update 8/29/25: I had a bit of trouble with my system on the 27th. The initial customer service rep I spoke with greatly frustrated me, but I was able to call back and get wonderful service from Devon. The next day, Ben came out to my house, checked out my system, completed work on it, and was just absolutely amazing. Ben was always smiling and you could tell he took pride in his work and was genuinely a nice guy. I was very impressed with the young man. On the 29th, one of the managers reached out to me about the trouble I had with the rep and was very receptive of the feedback, taking the time to review the call and will use the situation as a teachable moment. This is how companies become great companies .. by investing in their employees and using any situation to help employees grow and do better. I am happy with Fenwick and will continue to definitely use their services!
