I wanted to change my thermostat to a smart thermostat. I called Fenwick because I’ve used them in the past to install a hot water heater. John arrived and was extremely professional. He changed out my thermostat using one I had purchased on Amazon, helped me set up the app so I could control the thermostat, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was working well before he left. I felt the price was very reasonable andI highly Recommend Fenwick Waychoff HVAC Service.

I had a hot water slab leak and decided to repipe instead of tear up the foundation looking for the leak. Michael and Jeremy did the work. They were professional, tidy and friendly. They even took care enough to cover the lower holes so my cats wouldn't be tempted to squeeze inside. There was some unique challenges with my home but they worked through them. Every hole they cut in the walls was purposeful and done neatly. Emad expertly patched all the drywall. The supervisor Craig came by on different occasions to check on the work. The repiping took about 3 and a half days including the inspection. I also had my 17 year old water heater replaced and am already seeing much lower electricity usage. Considering the work done and a couple other estimates the price was fair. I'm happy with the work and glad I chose Fenwick.

Once again, Fenwick saves the day. On a Sunday evening we had an accident with our water heater and was spraying water in our garage. I called Fenwick service. They had somebody on call. They were at our house in under an hour. Gave an amazing quote And had the whole process with old water heater removed and new hot water heater replaced and working in under three hours. Rafael was extremely professional and incredibly efficient with his work. Explained everything that he was doing and what to look out for in the future. He was obviously very skilled and well versed in all things, plumbing and electrical in regards to our repair. I have used Fenwick now for multiple services within our home and they continually to provide exceptional service. They are also very friendly to veterans which I greatly appreciate as well. If you have absolutely any plumbing electrical or services they provide. You definitely need to call them and have them come out and work with you at your house.

I had to have the coil replaced back in July of this year which cost me about $3400 and it froze up last week. A technician came out and could not find out why. Before I spend another $500 to have another company come out to see if it's the coil, unit or main line i have called Fenwick once a day for the last t business days asking for a manager call back and no one has called. Not very great CS to try and get this resolved.

We experienced a plumbing leak under our foundation Saturday evening (commonly known as a "slab leak") which required total household water shut off. We called Fenwick Services on Sunday for an evaluation and quote. Fenwick service professional was at our home within 2 hours. Rafael Serrano (Technician) was assigned to our home and we couldn't be more happy with the professional service he provided! 100% On time! 100% experienced to handle the slab leak. 100% Informative through the process! 100% Kind and Caring! 100% efficient and 100% Tidy! Stellar customer service. Rafael came out on a Sunday when our water heater broke, no charge. He provided quotes and talked us through several different options. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t ever feel like I was being sold something. I had a few questions that evening and Fenwick dispatch put me in touch with Rafael and he spent time answering all my questions without even being assured he’d get our business yet. The next day the dispatcher, Jennifer, patiently helped talk us through their service programs and payment options to help us finalize and schedule the install for that afternoon. Start to finish was a great experience at a very fair price. They were reliable, easy to get ahold of, and followed through. Would definitely reach out to them again for future needs.

The service men Michael Underwood and his assistant were excellent very professional punctual and friendly they knew what they were doing and did an excellent job on repiping our home we wish we had used their services before. Update to my.review! Terrible communication with the bank providing my loan for my repair. This company kept harrassing me daily. When on their end and the bank end they had some miscommunication for being paid. Everyday at 8 AM being woken up by a phone call or while at work. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times daily for them to understand it was on their end and the bank since I was approved for the loan repair. Even on my days off being woken up at 8 AM daily by a phone call by them. They need better internal management!! Then once they got it straightened it out and realized it was approved I never got an apology for being harassed by the company. Worst experience of my life with a shady business!! I have no words to express how satisfied I was with Rafael's service when he came out to me. He was very friendly and straightforward letting me know what was the problem and how much it was going to cost. He set my mind at ease when I was stressing out over the slab leak I had. He worked very fast and very efficiently and left the place very clean when he was finished. He was extremely outgoing and letting me know how the project was going so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's friendly straightforward and not pushy. It's hard to find a good plumber these days and Rafael in my opinion exceeded my expectations!!!!

FENWICK WAYCHOFF came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. I thought A/C repairs would take weeks. Not only was I able to book an appt at 8:30pm for the next day, but the repairs were completed the same day! Technician, Austin, explained the issue, repairs needed, and costs thoroughly (and in terms 2 non-mechanical homeowners could easily understand 😅). Disgusting abuse of elderly customers. My parents have used this company for years so they thought they could trust them for a simple faucet repair. Instead the technician told them they needed to replace their kitchen faucet at a cost of almost $1000. He showed a high end example of a faucet sold on the Home Depot site and said that that was the going rate now. Your company should be ashamed of treating customers like this. You can be assured that we will be passing this along to friends and neighbors so they don’t get ripped off or taken advantage of.

Dylan with Fenwick did an outstanding job with our annual service. He was the first technician who showed before and after photos of the cleaning and work he performed. That type of service made me feel confident the work was completed correctly. With other companies I was never convinced the detailed cleaning was actually completed. I have used Fenwick for their plumbing services as well and feel the same way with that department as I do with the HVAC department. Top company that I would highly recommend.
